Categorize Email Leads Using AI

I'm looking for an AI expert to train an AI on my email responses in Gmail and in Instantly. The main goal is to a) have the AI accurately classify my email leads into the following categories: Interested, Maybe interested, Not interested, unsubscribe and b) to reply to the emails.

This is a lead generation project, so the goal of the replies is to book a discovery call to see if the lead is a good fit for my client. A smaller portion of the replies involve providing information. Many other tasks include unsubscribing the prospect.
