We need a developer to connect the form submission to automatic email sending.
Requirements:
• When a user submits the form, an email is automatically sent to our company email address
• Email should include:
• Parent/Guardian Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Child’s Name
• Child’s Age
• Preferred Date
• Preferred Time
• (Optional) Send a confirmation email to the user
• Make sure the email delivery is reliable (not spam)
