Campaign Monitor Template Designer

Currently we are using Campaign Monitor to send out all of our EDM’s to the team – both internal and external communications. At the moment each of our different divisions sort of have free reign on what goes out with the drag and drop options available.
What we are wanting to do is create a set of templates for all of our different divisions (EG: Marketing, Graphic Design, Operations, Human Resources, Sponsorship, Training, Events, etc and maybe some generic templates to).
We are wanting all of the templates for each different divisions to be in line with each other but just give them a really cool refresh so the look modern, fresh and really slick. We are still wanting these to include our Brand Standards – Colours and Fonts. I can send you though a copy of our brand standards to have a look at also.
Is this something that you would be able to provide? And if so how much would the above cost?
