CRM & Email Automation Specialist for Urban Abatement LLC
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I’m ready to modernize Urban Abatement LLC’s client-management process and email outreach. The goal is a single, well-structured CRM connected to an automated email engine that nurtures new leads, tracks every opportunity, and keeps past customers engaged without manual effort.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Evaluate my current contact spreadsheets and proposal logs, then recommend the best CRM platform for a small but growing abatement company. I’m open to HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or any option you can justify.
• Configure custom deal stages that mirror our workflow—from site visit and estimate through contract signing and project completion.
• Build automated email sequences for new inquiries, follow-ups on sent estimates, and periodic check-ins with previous clients. Messages must be easy for me to tweak later.
• Integrate the CRM with Outlook 365, QuickBooks Online, and our website’s contact form so data flows in and updates instantly.
• Import (and de-duplicate) our existing contacts, attach past project notes, and tag each record correctly.
• Train me and one office admin on day-to-day use, plus supply concise written SOPs so we stay self-sufficient.
Acceptance criteria: contacts are migrated without loss, automated workflows trigger as intended, emails pass spam tests, and my team can demonstrate the full lead-to-invoice process in a live screen share.
If you speak fluent CRM, enjoy mapping processes, and can turn scattered spreadsheets into a streamlined, revenue-generating system, I’d love to hear how you’ll tackle this.
