6. Timeline

Project Start Date: As soon as a vendor is selected and contractual agreements are finalized.

7. Budget

The proposed budget for this project is $300. Vendors are encouraged to confirm if their services can be fully delivered within this budget. If a higher quote is necessary, vendors may propose an alternative with justification.



8. Vendor Qualifications
