Business HTML Email Signature
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a coded email signature that matches our corporate look and works flawlessly across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and the major mobile clients. The signature will be used company-wide, so it must feel professional yet remain lightweight for quick loading.
The layout should prominently feature our company logo, concise contact information (name, title, phone, website) and clickable social-media icons. Please keep the styling strictly corporate—clean lines, neutral colours and no flashy animations.
Deliverables
• One HTML file (inline CSS) ready to copy-paste into email clients
• A linked image folder (optimised PNG/SVG)
• Screenshots or video proof of rendering on at least Outlook, Gmail web & mobile, Apple Mail, iOS Mail and Android native mail
• Brief implementation notes for non-technical staff
Finished code must be under 50 KB, use web-safe fonts and stay within 600 px width so it remains responsive.
