Business Email Setup Assistance
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
My existing domain is registered with 123 Reg and I want to start sending and receiving messages through an “own business email” solution rather than Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, or Zoho. The domain is already pointing to live web-hosting, but the DNS zone has never been configured for email.
The job is straightforward:
• create the mailbox(es) under the domain on 123 Reg (or an equivalent cPanel/mail server if that is the cleaner route),
• add and verify the correct MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records,
• confirm that messages land in major providers’ inboxes without warnings,
• supply the IMAP/POP3 and SMTP details so I can load the account into Apple Mail and Outlook.
Once the records have propagated, I’ll do a final send-and-receive test; payment is released when everything resolves without errors and the test messages pass basic spam checks (Google Postmaster / MXToolbox).
