Bulk IPv4 Delisting Expert

I need thousands of our IPv4 addresses removed from every major spam-listing service. The addresses were flagged for spam emails, and although we have some preventive measures in place, they only cover part of what’s needed.

Your job is two-fold: first, secure successful removal from RBLs such as Spamhaus, SORBS, UCEPROTECT, Barracuda, Proofpoint and any other blacklist that is impacting delivery; second, supply a concise action plan that strengthens our current controls so the listings don’t return. I expect clear communication on each submission, required evidence, and estimated propagation times.

Deliverables
• Verified delisting of each IP (screenshot or confirmation email from each blacklist)
• A summary report outlining which lists were contacted, dates submitted, and final status
• Recommendations for tightening our outgoing mail controls—think SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment, rate limiting, abuse monitoring, or any other best practice you deem critical
