Bulk Email Campaign Specialist Needed

We are looking for an experienced email delivery specialist to send a campaign to a list of approximately 450,000 contacts.

Scope of Work:
We will provide the email creative and content
You will:
Send the campaign using your own infrastructure (servers/IPs/tools)
Ensure maximum inbox placement (not spam)
Provide a detailed performance report

Delivery rate
Bounce rate (hard + soft)
Open rate
Click-through rate (CTR)
Spam complaint rate
Any additional insights/recommendations
Requirements:
Proven experience with large-scale email campaigns (100K+ sends)
Strong understanding of:
IP warming
Domain reputation
SPF / DKIM / DMARC
Spam filter avoidance
Ability to maintain inbox placement (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.)
Access to reliable sending infrastructure (no shared low-quality spam servers)
In Your Proposal, Include:
What platform/tools you use (e.g., SMTP setup, ESP, custom infra, etc.)
How you ensure high inbox rates vs spam folder
Examples or metrics from past campaigns
Estimated timeline to complete send
