Build an email list fast!!!

I've been looking for an at home business for the last 4yrs. Stumbled on Affiliate marketing and have been trying to get it going ever since but recently found out the secret to succeed. That's having a descent size targeted email list. So I'm looking for someone to help me get a targeted email list not a random email list. It would have to be a specific audience of people looking for a certain niche or product and an email list for that niche or product and I need the email list as fast as possible. Thank you.
