Book Calls via Email Outreach

I’m looking for an experienced outreach specialist to help me generate qualified conversations with U.S.-based podiatrists and mental health clinics.

I already have a list (~1,000 contacts). I need someone who can turn this into booked calls using a smart, compliant, multi-touch approach (not spam).
Scope of Work:

Clean and validate email list (remove invalids, dedupe, verify domains)
Segment list (podiatrists vs mental health, practice size, etc.)
Set up and/or advise on email sending infrastructure (domain warming, inbox rotation)
Write and execute cold email sequences (3–5 touches, short + relevant)
Run LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, follow-ups, light nurturing)
Optional: light call outreach or voicemail drops if applicable
Track and report metrics (deliverability, replies, booked meetings)

Goals:

Generate qualified replies and book intro calls
Maintain strong deliverability and avoid spam flags
Keep messaging compliant with U.S. regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM)

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience with B2B cold outreach (bonus: healthcare niche)
Strong copywriting skills (clear, concise, non-spammy)
Familiar with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and best practices
Understands email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, warming, etc.)

Project Details:

Initial test: 200–300 contacts
Timeline: 2–4 weeks for test phase
