Autoresponder Setup and Daily Email Dispatch

I'm seeking a professional to set up an autoresponder and manage the dispatch of 100 emails a day. The email list will be provided, as will the email system and instructional videos. The primary purpose of these emails is promotions and offers.

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
