Automation Expert Needed to Create and Verify 1500 Email-Based Signups (Batch Processing + IP Rotation)

I am looking for an experienced automation developer to assist with a bulk signup and email confirmation task involving 1,500 individual accounts. The process includes:
Tasks:
Email Account Setup
Create or use pre-provided email addresses (preferably with a custom domain and catch-all configuration)
Email addresses must be able to receive incoming messages and allow access to the inbox (via IMAP, API, or similar)
Automated Website Signup
Automate the signup process on a specific website
Each account requires a name and email (text fields), as well as selection of gender, date of birth, country, and language (dropdown fields)
Names and demographic data should be randomized or realistically generated
Email Confirmation
Access each email inbox
Detect and parse the confirmation email
Extract and open the confirmation link to complete account activation
Batch Execution and IP Rotation
Run the process in batches of 30 accounts at a time
Insert random delays between batches (e.g., 10 to 30 minutes)
Use rotating IPs or proxy servers to avoid rate-limiting or detection
Requirements:
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer
Familiarity with email automation (IMAP or API access, parsing HTML emails)
Ability to manage and rotate residential proxies or other IP solutions
Provide a repeatable script or tool, preferably written in Python or JavaScript
Maintain logs of actions taken (account info, status, timestamps, IP used, etc.)
Deliverables:
Fully functional script or tool with clear instructions
Sample output data (logs or CSVs)
Support during initial setup, especially for email and proxy configuration
Optional: a completed CSV file listing all 1500 account details
Timeline:
Target completion within 2 to 3 weeks
Partial deliveries (e.g., batches of 500) are acceptable
