Automated Multi-Inbox Email Sender

I have five separate custom-domain inboxes and regularly work with Excel files that hold thousands of recipients for our marketing campaigns. I’m looking for a developer who can turn this into a hands-free workflow: import the list, press send, and watch the system automatically fan the messages out while rotating evenly across the five inboxes so no single domain is over-used.
Here’s what I need the finished solution to do:
• Accept large .xlsx or .csv contact lists and validate basic formatting.
• Connect to the five SMTP/IMAP inboxes on our custom domains and send in round-robin fashion.
• Respect simple throttle limits I can adjust (e.g., messages per hour per inbox).
• Provide basic performance tracking—send status, bounces, and open rate are enough; no heavy analytics required.
• Show a concise dashboard/log I can export.
• Run on Windows or Linux with straightforward installation steps; language and framework are up to you (Python, Node, etc., are fine as long as dependencies are minimal).
Success for me is the ability to load a new list, choose or paste the email body, hit “start,” and let the tool handle the rest without manual switching between accounts. If you have existing code you can adapt, even better—speed matters.
