Automated Cold Email System Setup

I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to set up a fully automated cold email outreach system for my video editing business, targeting American wedding videographers. The goal is to send 10–20 personalized emails per day safely, with automatic follow-ups, using MailRush.io and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:
1. MailRush.io Setup:
• Connect and verify my sending domain
• Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured for high deliverability
• Create initial email templates and follow-up sequences
2. Google Sheets Integration:
• Connect MailRush.io to Google Sheets to pull contacts automatically
• Select 10 contacts daily for email sending
• Update Sheet automatically with email status (sent, opened, replied)
• Handle personalization fields (name, company, Instagram, etc.)
3. Automation Workflow:
• Use tools like Zapier or Nekton to automate the process
• Ensure follow-ups are sent based on recipient engagement
• Schedule daily sending at optimal US times
4. Testing & Reporting:
• Test sending workflow to ensure emails land in inbox (not spam)
• Provide instructions or dashboards to monitor opens, replies, and campaign performance

Requirements:
• Proven experience with MailRush.io or similar cold email tools
• Experience with Google Sheets automation (Zapier, Nekton, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of cold email best practices and deliverability
• Ability to provide documentation or short training on managing the workflow

Deliverables:
• Fully automated system connecting MailRush.io to Google Sheets
• Tested email campaign ready to send 10–20 emails/day safely
• Documentation on how to manage and scale the system

Optional:
• Advice on increasing email sending volume over time
• Guidance on warm-up strategy for the domain
