Automated Client Issue Email Notifications

I need a straightforward system that automatically emails my clients whenever an issue arises. The sole purpose is to keep them informed—no SMS or in-app alerts, just clear, reliable email notifications.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A trigger-based workflow that detects an issue (from our existing platform or a simple API/webhook) and immediately composes an email.
• Customisable templates so I can adjust wording, branding, and severity levels without touching code each time.
• A small dashboard or admin panel where I can add or remove recipient lists, view basic delivery stats, and resend a notice if needed.
• Seamless integration with a mainstream email service such as SendGrid, Mailgun, AWS SES, or another comparable SMTP solution you prefer.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Successful end-to-end test that shows an issue trigger, email generation, and delivery to at least two test addresses.
2. Clean, well-commented code or automation scripts plus a brief setup guide so I can redeploy or scale later.
