Assistant for Lead Lists & Campaigns

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can jump in each day and turn the steady stream of incoming leads into well-organized, actionable lists. Your main focus will be capturing every new contact, cleaning the data, tagging or segmenting as needed, and keeping my master list current so nothing slips through the cracks.

Once the list is in shape, I’ll rely on you to build and send promotional email campaigns. That means drafting copy from a short brief, setting up the campaign in the email platform I specify, testing, scheduling, and later pulling simple performance stats so we can see what worked.

Beyond those two core responsibilities, there will be the usual “as-needed” admin items—think basic research, light follow-up, or small organizational tasks—whenever they pop up. Flexibility and clear communication are key; if a new priority comes in, I’ll outline it and you’ll run with it.

If you’re comfortable working with common email tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Sendinblue (I’m open to whichever you prefer), and you enjoy keeping data tidy while crafting persuasive promotional sends, let’s talk.
