Apollo.io Email Campaign Specialist

I need an Apollo.io pro to take full ownership of our outbound email engine. The objective is clear—fill our pipeline with qualified leads. You’ll start by structuring the account, importing data, and designing sequences that feel one-to-one thanks to advanced AI personalization. From there, you’ll keep optimization moving: A/B testing subject lines, tweaking copy, and adjusting cadence so every sequence performs better than the last.
AI matters to us. I specifically want you to leverage Apollo’s built-in personalization tools and any external models you trust to tailor messaging at scale. Sequence-level optimization—timing, branching logic, and deliverability safeguards—also sits squarely in your remit. Automated responses are not a priority right now, but build the framework so we can switch that on later without starting from scratch.
