I have a purchased list containing well over 10,000 addresses that must be verified before it goes anywhere near my cold-outreach sequence.
Any solid solution works for me—ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, BriteVerify, MillionVerifier, or a custom setup—provided the results are accurate and catch-all verified. I’ll supply a CSV; please return the cleaned file in the same structure plus a short report that shows totals, failure reasons, and an overall deliverability score.
Deliverables
• Clean CSV of ready-to-send emails
• Separate file listing every bounced, spam-trap, or blacklisted address removed
• Summary report outlining methods used and key statistics
Acceptance criteria: bounce rate below 2 % on a pilot send and zero spam-trap hits based on public trap databases. The list is ready to transfer right away; hitting a 48-hour turnaround would be ideal. Briefly outline your verification process and timeline so we can get started.
