I need to sync Outlook 365 and new google workspace email accounts

I have a new google workspace account. It has been working since Friday if I log into google. I also have an "old" Microsoft Office 365 account that stopped receiving emails on Friday when the new google servers began to host my email. I need to sync them, but I don't want to get rid of Office/Outlook 365. I will primarily be using email in Outlook. Looking for help right away.
