need help for my email setting. I need to change name displayed in sent email

I need freelancer who is experienced in email . email setting. email server.
I need to change the name which is displayed in sent emiail.
I tried all conventional ways.

I did all normal ways to change the name but it is not working.
So I guess I need more professional consultancy .
the email is university email. maybe university already change my name and do not allow to recharge it
