I need a freelancer that can handle email

I need a freelancer that can work with me our sales manager and handle all is emails,calling,spreadsheet,bookings of hotel and tickets,purchasing of equipment from a reliable vendor/provider,giving queries to our sales representatives if necessary and keeping sales records and volume.
You will be pay $25 and you will be working for 4 hours everyday.
