I am a school board member who is recieveing harrasing emails from forumicebreaker.com during school board meetings. Tonight he spelled my name sKillings - emphasis on Kill. I need to know a phone number, is this person using a phone or a pc or something that will help me identify who this person is in order to protect myself.
