I need an SSL Certificate expert for emails

Currently using Name Cheap for email addresses and I need to update all the SSL certificates. Our guy who set it all up is no where to be found and I don't know what to do. All the SSL Certificates are expired and Name Cheap has no Customer Service I can speak to (all chat features and have trouble communicating with them). Please help!
