move email to ms exchange from dreamhost

hi I am having difficulty installing my new Ms exchange account to use with my hosted email on dreamhost.
someone has already looked at this but there are some problems.
what I would like is to be able to connect via outlook etc to my emails and the calendar that ms exchange offers.
so the end result would be easy for me to install on my devices.
