mails are getting delived in spam folder in gmail accounts need and expert to resolve this issue

I am looking for an expert who can help resolve the issue of my emails getting delivered in the spam folder of Gmail accounts. I am currently using Elastic Email as my email platform. I have checked my email content for any spam trigger words or phrases and have found none. However, I am not sure if I am using any email authentication methods such as SPF, DKIM, or DMARC.
