E-mail (hotmail.com) recover

I need help recovering an email account. The primary email address I'm trying to recover is my last known email address. Unfortunately, I do not know the secondary email address associated with the account. When I was last using the account was approximately 2-3 years ago. I am looking for an experienced individual who has a solid understanding of the appropriate tools and techniques required to help recover the account.
