import emails from an external domain into my Gmail account

Gmail has stopped popping emails from an external mailbox.

I need a program running on my Linux server that takes a text file name as a parameter to replace this functionality.

The text file will contain all the necessary parameters to: - connect to my mail server via POP and retrieve emails from the inbox
- populate my Gmail account with the found external emails
- delete emails from my external inbox
