4-hour project : Fix my email accounts so that SENT mail does reaches inbox and not Spam folder

We have booked a new domain and created 10 email addresses.
These email addresses will be used to send a newsletter to our opt-in audience of approximately 5000 members
Right now, mails send from these 10 email addresses are going into spam
---------------- About the Task -------------------
You task is to get these email addresses to deliver to inbox. We will check by sending a test mail to 3 inboxes
1. Gmail
2. Hotmail
3. Yahoo
The task will be considered successfully completed when you can send a test email from these 10 addresses and the test mail lands in Inbox, not in junk/spam.
The winning freelancer will be given access to our email control panel. There are 10 email addresses in this control panel. You can make whatever changes you like - there is no restriction. We are only concerned with the end result being successful delivery into Inbox when a mail is sent from any of these 10 addresses.
You will also be given access to each domain's cPanel, so that you can make any other changes which you need to
Usually, it is recommended that you should:
1. Set up an MX record for each domain, so that we are able to accept responses.
2. Set up an SPF record for each domain. This isn't too hard if you know the sources of all email (e.g. you'll always be sending through the same subset of SMTP servers).
3. Submit the SPF record to Microsoft , which helps us get through to Hotmail.
4. Check to see if the cPanel IP address is on any blacklists. Get it off if you can; this process is different for nearly all of them, though.
5. Set up DKIM authentication for each mail address / domain. All the email addresses which you set up will be used to send mails through MAILCHIMP, so each mail address must be properly set up and clean.
6. Set up Reverse DNS for each mail address / domain
The above are suggestions only - please use your own experience and judgment to make the project a success.
Final deliverable: We will ask you to send a test mail from each of the 10 domains to Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail. Test mail must land in inbox, not in spam folder.
