24-hour project: Creeate and prepare 100 email addresses for sending mails

We have launched a school ERP software . It lets school principals run the school's various functions. The name of the ERP is Kontakkt. You can see the details (if interested) at http://kontakkt.com
We are going to launch an email campaign targeted to school principals across India
To ensure 100% deliverability of our emails, we want to set up 100 different email addresses to send the mails from. We will send small quantities of emails from each address.
Your task is to set up and prepare these 100 email addresses

The winning freelancer will be given access to our domain control panel. There are 10 domains in this control panel. You will also be given access to each domain's cPanel, so that you can create the email addresses
For each domain, you will
1. Create 10 email addresses per domain, namely
a. mail1@domain
b. mail2@domain
c. mail3@domain
and so on until mail10@domain
2. Set up an MX record for each domain, so that we are able to accept responses.
3. Set up an SPF record for each domain. This isn't too hard if you know the sources of all email (e.g. you'll always be sending through the same subset of SMTP servers).
4. Submit the SPF record to Microsoft , which helps us get through to Hotmail.
5. Check to see if the cPanel IP address is on any blacklists. Get it off if you can; this process is different for nearly all of them, though.
6. Set up DKIM authentication for each mail address / domain. All the email addresses which you set up will be used to send mails through MAILCHIMP, so each mail address must be properly set up and clean.
7. Set up Reverse DNS for each mail address / domain
You need to complete Step #1 to Step #7 one by one, for each email address - WE WILL CHECK THIS before marking the project as complete..
