gmail expert Takeout or other method to export emails

Accomplished gmail expert professional needed to assist to export emails from specified addresses over last 4 years into a file that can be exported and readily read by others. Preferably into pdf file rather than to be opened in yet another gmail account. Using Takeout at the moment, but the file created is not readable by anything.
Objective - that the received and sent gmail emails can be easily read by others - not in email but in a pdf or other format
