VA for Copy and Paste Email Outreach

I am looking to fill a longterm VA position for cold outreach for my agency.
I run a german content agency for coaches, businesses and other agencys and we're currently looking to fill a position for VA who is sending COPY and PASTE Email Outreach.
We will provide you with all you need:
You will get the exact Email you will need to send copy and paste to as many business owners as possible.
Also we recorded an exact training showing where you can find our ideal clients and where to find their email addresses.
We will provide you with a professional Email address under our business domain.
So this is basically a very simple job. All you need to do is copy and paste our Email Template Message to some Business owners in Germany from our List.
We are looking for a person that can spend at least 1-2 hours a day for the next 1-3 months with the possibility of consistent pay-raises when the agency experiences growth.
After these "test months" we can increase our partnership and raise the payment if the agency experiences results through the Emails.
You will be paid 10usd for every 100 Emails you send.
The process is super streamlined.
We will provide with everything you need. The Email Message. The german Email address. The Email List of the Business Owners.
All you need to do is copy and paste the message.
The Email Address you will receive will be working under my name.
There will be a list of 15 Business Owners, which are blacklisted, who you should not and never receive an email.

Important:
Fluent English is a must + you must be able to jump on a Zoom call to go through the onboarding process(webcam is a must).
Daily reports are expected whenever we get to work.
