fix emails going into scam

I'm experiencing some challenges with my Wix-hosted email service; my emails are being occasionally marked as spam. I own a custom domain for my email address and hence, need someone well-versed with email service optimization who can fix the issue for me.

I have been told by customers my email marketing is going to spam
