I am wanting to commit ongoing (3 times a year) work to somebody who is fluent in sending bulk email lists from CSV format for my internet business. The List would be purchased from email data pro but from there, I can see that there are a number of ways to perform the bulk email send function. As I have no experience in bulk email management, but am "OK" at excel, I figure if you use excel , 80 million emails should take 3-4 days @ 7 hours per day to manage the send and unsubscriber functions. I have a mock ad that is ready for use. If you are confident in this area of expertise please reach out to me. I would prefer India based persons as their rates are all I can affford so far. (Willing to pay aud$25 per hour / usd $18.00) or about USD $550 for the entire job (I will purchase the database)
