IT Support for Software Transition and Maintenance
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I'm in need of a basic to intermediate level IT specialist to aid in the transition process away from our current IT service provider. Your primary tasks will include:
- Software setup and installation: Efficiently ensuring our access to Microsoft 365 and other essential cloud-based software solutions.
- Providing on-call support: I require someone who can troubleshoot and rectify any general IT issues that may arise post-transition.
No need for training sessions, as the team is already well-versed with the software. Your expertise will be called upon primarily for setup, installation and any potential technical issues. Experience with cloud-based software, particularly Microsoft 365, will be immensely valued.
