Either in Outlook or on O365 set up an autoresponder that will reply to all with some text and a link to the domain used on the "To" part of the email.
So for example an email from jim @ ccc.com to bob @ bob .com would send a reply to jim @ ccc.com with a link to https://www.bob.com.
The domain could be anything and is not fixed to a set list. Please explain your proposed solution in the bid.
