Send one time 500,000 cold emails using hundreds of proxy servers

1. Budget: $100.00 Send out 500,000 one time cold emails in 30 days.
2. Your performance will be based upon Response Rate (RR) and not on CTR.
3. You will guarantee 50% response rate. If I do not receive 50% response then your contract will be terminated. You will get paid only proportionally to the response rate.
4. You must use different From email addresses “Do Not Reply” to send out emails. You can’t send out more than 50 email using the same From email address to the same recipient domain name.
5. I will give you 500,000 email addresses in installment in an excel sheet over 30 days period.
6. Content of the email is attached. You need to automatically customize emails for each recipient.
7. You must use hundreds of servers from all over the world to send out these emails. You must have all the subscription to all tools needed to do this job.
8. You can’t send out more than 25 emails to the same private domain name in the same hour and no more than 200 emails in any 24 hours from the same server.
9. For generic email recipient domain names such as gmail, yahoo, msn, etc. you may send out 1,000 emails every hour but only using different email From address and using different servers.
10. You must send out email in the exact same order recipient email addresses I will provide to you in an excel sheet.
11. You must submit daily report with time stamp, ip address, status and more for each email address in the same excel sheet that I will send you with list of emails. I will inform you about how many responses I received. You change your strategy if the response rate is too small.
