SMTP Infrastructure with API Access & Dashboard for Automated Email Sending

Project Overview
I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to provide a dedicated SMTP infrastructure (or access to
an existing setup) with SMTP or API access to send automated, personalized emails at scale.

These emails are primarily invoices sent to members of my community.
nn Most commercial SMTP providers (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid, Mailchimp) do not allow or
severely restrict invoice delivery. Therefore, I need a fully controlled, custom solution.

All data (recipient, subject, message) is already structured and ready to go.
Important: I need pre-warmed domains and IPs ready for immediate use!

Requirements
– Provide SMTP access or a REST API for integration
– Infrastructure must be self-hosted and independent from third-party platforms
– Pre-warmed IPs/domains required for high deliverability from day one
– Experience with mail server setups (e.g., Postfix, Mailcow, Mailu, Exim)
– Expertise in:
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC, header optimization
• Domain/IP warm-up processes
• Bounce handling, feedback loops
• Spam filter avoidance and blacklist prevention
– Optional: Use of multiple sender domains/IPs for load balancing

Dashboard & Monitoring
I require a web-based dashboard with the following features:
– Real-time email sending statistics
– Status tracking: sent, opened, bounced, spam-reported
– Summary views by day/week/month
– Export options (e.g., CSV)
– Alerts for issues (e.g., high bounce rates or spam flags)
– Ongoing monitoring & active blacklist management (including delisting support

What I Provide
– Fully structured sending data (recipients, subject, message)
– Invoice content is ready and legally compliant
– Technical support for integration/API setup
– Immediate availability for testing and deployment
