Restore my inbox - domain Email (Webmail and Outlook, IMAP)

I need someone who can restore my inbox emails. It is domain based mail address, and I have emails from two weeks ago up to now, and all my old emails, older than two weeks are missing, I have this email address since 2014. I first noticed on my outlook, it is IMAP account, but when I checked on server (domain_name/webmail) situation is the same. I also have this mail on my phone on Gmail, and all mails are present there, BUT I cant open or download any attachment. I am pretty sure it is IMAP on phone as well, and not POP, but haven't checked it actually. If you can restore my mails, please make a bid. Thank you in advance!
