Restore Email Access from Thunderbird on Mac Desktop

I recently transferred Domain Name Registration for 3 sites from GoDaddy to Namecheap.com.
Shortly after that, I started receiving continuous UP and DOWN messages from Uptime Robot.
And I couldn't access my email for andrewscottmusic.com, masterpiecemusic.org, or idealhoroscope.com.
I hired a developer to configure the DNS settings on my new Registrar Namecheap, which he claims to have done.
However, I still can't access my email,AND, when I try to send a test message from my Gmail to my [email] I get this error:
Your message wasn't delivered to [my email] because the address couldn't be
found, or is unable to receive mail.
The 3 sites are hosted on a VPS running Webmin/Virtualmin.
I need someone to fix this email problem ASAP.
