Restore Domain Email Delivery
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’ve just shifted the website for my GoDaddy-registered domain from BigRock to Hostinger by repointing the A and CNAME records. Since that change, every mailbox on the domain hosted with BigRock’s cPanel email has gone completely dark—nothing goes out, nothing comes in.
Here’s what has already been touched: A records, CNAME records, MX records as well as SPF, DMARC and DKIM. The site itself resolves correctly on Hostinger and our separate SVN server is still fine, so the break is isolated to email routing.
What I need from you:
• Inspect the current DNS zone at GoDaddy and verify each record against BigRock’s mail server requirements.
• Correct any mis-pointed MX, SPF, DKIM or DMARC entries and advise if additional “A” or “CNAME” adjustments are required.
• Confirm propagation and prove that sending and receiving function again with live tests.
My budget for this Resolution is INR 1000 only, since it is the simple issue which i am not able to do now (Previously i have done it multiple times). Pls quote if you are OK with budget. Also if you had worked with BigRock cPanel Email configuration, then it would be 5 Min Job for you.
