Remote Executive VA for Task, Media & Project Management

I'm looking for a skilled Remote Executive Virtual Assistant to support me in task, digital media, and project management.
- Task Management: I use ClickUp for task management, so experience with this tool is a huge plus.
- Digital Media Assistance: You'll be responsible for assisting with management and oversight of my social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), creating content, and assisting with email marketing.
- Project Management: Your role will also involve organizing and overseeing projects, from their inception to completion.
Other responsibilities will include helping manage my daily schedule, email organization, and other tasks related to an Executive Assistant role.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, strong communication and writing skills for creating engaging content, and the capability to proactively manage and prioritize tasks for both short-term and long-term projects. A background in social media management and digital marketing is highly preferred. Experience with ClickUp would be a significant advantage.
