Recruitment HR Admin Support
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a detail-oriented HR assistant to keep the early stages of our hiring pipeline running smoothly. You will mostly interact with entry-level applicants, so fast responses and a friendly tone matter.
Your core focus will be keeping two things flawless: the interview calendar and the candidate inbox. On any given day that means locking in interview slots with hiring managers and applicants, then sending or following up on every email—application acknowledgements, interview reminders, next-step notes—until each message is closed out.
We live inside Google Workspace, so solid confidence with email and calendar tools (or similar platforms such as Outlook) is essential.
Success looks like this: an always-up-to-date calendar, zero unanswered candidate messages for more than 24 hours, and clear records of every interaction. I will supply a shared mailbox, email templates, and our response-time guidelines.
This is a part-time, ongoing role that can grow with our hiring volume. I review proposals within 48 hours and will invite shortlisted freelancers to complete a brief paid test task.
