Podcast Guest Booking

Looking for a talented person, interested in diving into the madness that is the Podcast Industry. We need someone who is able to communicate via email and schedule via Google Calendar.
We're looking for someone to take over a spread sheet and make sure our weekly shows are booked!
This job will entail
- creating a ideal guest list for each show
- finding and following up with leads for guests in list
- once confirmed, scheduling them in the calendar
1. Are you familiar with Google Calendar?
2. Are you familiar with IMDBPro?
3. What programs would you use to find high profile guests?
4. Describe your recent experience with similar projects
