Outlook Setup and Sync Assistance
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need assistance finalizing and optimizing the setup of Outlook on my new Windows-based PC, which will be my main device moving forward. Specifically, I need help consolidating three email accounts (personal Gmail, consulting Exchange, and LLC Exchange) into a single calendar that syncs in real time across all devices and accounts.
Additionally, I have around 5,000 contacts on my old company laptop that need to be reconciled and merged with the contacts currently on my new PC. Once updated, I’d like this unified contact list imported and synced across all three accounts.
I also need help fine-tuning various Outlook settings, including background themes, file sizes, ribbon setup, and other preferences. I prefer using an older version of MS Outlook rather than the latest release.
Ideally, I’d like someone to remotely access my system via Bombar or a similar tool to complete this work over the weekend. Please let me know if you're available and have the expertise to get this done seamlessly.
