I'm currently using Google Workspaces with a small team of 1-2 users. My primary aim is to cut down on the monthly expenses while maintaining our email history for future reference. I am currently paying $500 + a month and i want to reduce it down to under $100 and i have alot of old emails i need to archive and keep separately
