Project Overview I need a reliable person to act as Nominee Director for one UK company during registration. This is a simple, low-risk administrative role .

Your 3 Tasks
1. Be listed as Nominee Director during Companies House registration (IN01)
2. Sign 1-page Letter of Intent (LOI) on company letterhead
3. Sign undated resignation (TM01) – held until project outcome



Requirements
• 18+ with valid passport/ID
• Clean record (no director bans)
• Email + ability to sign PDFs


Compensation paid in 2 milestones:
• 1→ After company registered + LOI signed
• 2→ After project update
