I'm seeking a professional to assist with the registration of a Private Limited Company in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Key Tasks:
- Document preparation in nepalese and filling up online / direct registration odfice
- Filing with government agencies
- Follow-up and compliance
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Nepalese company registration processes is prefered
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in government liaison work is prefered .
NOTE - Must be able to converge fluently in Nepalese and prefered someone who is resident of Katmandu only
