Migrate company emails to Office 365 and stop emails going to spam

Hi, I am wanting to change 4 of my company email addresses that i currently host on Heart Internet over to one Microsoft email address. Which will be my main email address and then the other company email addresses like enquiries@ will be aliases. I will need separate inbox folders for each alias email. I will then also want to make sure all email addresses don’t have any issues going into spam folders
