Material procurement support ('Originator')
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
Ecostrat (www.ecostrat.com) – a leader in the biomass supply chain sector – is currently recruiting for an Originator position for its Advisory Group. The incumbent will report to the Director of Risk and Analytics and be a key participant in the team that delivers feedstock risk studies to clients. An Originator is a key player in the success of Ecostrat’s Advisory Group.
In the role of Originator for the Advisory Group, you will:
Collect market data through email and cold-calling.
Source biomass for clients.
Interface with clients in a professional manner.
Other office duties as required.
Report directly to the Director of Risk and Analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College or University degree.
Excellent verbal communications.
Experience with cold-calling and/or telemarketing.
Experience with email outreach.
Experience with finding contacts/leads online through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-starter and self-finisher with high energy level, high sense of urgency, and results oriented.
Experience with a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software an asset.
Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, bioeconomy, waste management and related topics.
Systematic, process-oriented, self-disciplined, while still being able to look at the big picture. You can plan AND implement. Process-oriented and can juggle a number of tasks and workflows.
